Thank You Harriet Beecher Stowe

True story: Harriet Beecher Stowe saved 300 people, because she was an abolitionist. All of my readers out there, you don't need to worry about checking that fact. It's true. I heard it at school today from my "favorite" teacher.

You might not know this, but Harriet Beecher Stowe also invented television, bombs, and World Wars I and II.

I heard that Stowe was a robot sent here by aliens in order to unify us and bring peace.

Well, my authoritative source, Wikipedia, says this

"Many historians consider “Uncle Tom’s Cabin” a significant force in leading to the Civil War, which ended in the abolition of slavery in America. She aided runaway slaves after the passage of the Fugitive Slave Law. Following the Civil War she built and established several schools and boarding homes for newly freed slaves."

Oooh, snap!

True Story: Harriet Beecher Stowe was a member of the "Semi-Colon Club."

Only Sis and I will find this hilarious, because of a certain keyboarding teacher we had during high school.
